Managing Partner, Ernest Lee LLP
Ernest Lee is the managing partner of the firm, with a broad range of business, legal, and tax experience. He advises individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts on US domestic and international tax planning — and has extended that expertise to the emerging world of digital assets and Web3.
Ernest graduated in the top 15% of his class with a J.D. from Penn State University, Dickinson School of Law in 2002, studying International and Comparative Legal and Tax Systems at the University of London, Institute for Advanced Legal Studies. He earned a B.A. from the University of Hawaii in 1998 and was retired from the United States Army in 1993.
Ernest is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and regularly represents clients before the U.S. Internal Revenue Service. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, International Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, New Jersey Bar Association, and the Cryptocurrency Taxation Institute.
